Mr. Shaull is an experienced health SaaS and technology startup leader. Before starting OmniLife Health. Mr. Shaull brings a strong network of hospital and healthcare professionals and a strong venture network. Mr. Shaull's connected purpose to transplantation stems from a nerve transplant he received to restore function to a paralyzed arm that was a result of a life-threatening motor vehicle accident.

Mr. Pahl is a health informatics expert in organ failure and transplantation. He leads the information data services, analytics, security, privacy, and compliance for OmniLife Health. Mr. Pahl served as principal investigator for more than $2M in NIH-funded research projects with the company from 2018-2022. Prior to OmniLife, he worked with Digital Diagnostics during the clinical trials and first FDA approval for a fully autonomous artificial intelligence diagnostic medical device for diabetic retinopathy.

Mr. Winandy has been an executive leader in four successful technology startups, each of which were named to the prestigious Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing businesses and concluded with successful exits. Prior to joining OmniLife Health, Paul was the CEO of WebPT, the #1 electronic medical record platform for physical therapists, growing the company from early revenue to over $40 million of annual revenue and a significant acquisition.

Mr. Sorg is a serial entrepreneur and senior leader in the health IT space. Prior to joining OmniLife Health, Mr. Sorg was Chief Operating Officer at TractManager, where he was responsible for delivery operations of all products, professional services, data analytics and client support, as well as four acquisitions and two strategic partnerships and the acquisition of TractManager by Symplr. Prior to TractManager/Symplr, Mr. Sorg served as SVP at Trizzeto, acquired by Cognizant and as VP of National Practices at Cerner Coporation, acquired by Oracle.

Mr. Anhoury is a proven Founder/CEO and Sales and Marketing Executive with 35 years of business experience across many different industries including Information Technology, SaaS, CyberSecurity, Internet Fraud, Entertainment, Real Estate Development, General Aviation, Mining, Professional Engineering, Healthcare IT and Angel Investing. Several of the organizations that Mr. Anhoury has been involved with have been acquired by private and public companies. Mr. Anhoury is actively involved with several organizations/institutions across multiple industries as a Board Member, Advisor or Contributor.

Mr. Poggio founded and retired as CEO/President of The Kelzon Group, a firm that focused on health information systems issues. Mr. Poggio has over forty-five years of experience in the health care industry having been a hospital CIO and CFO, software entrepreneur, and industry consultant. Prior to The Kelzon Group, he was General Manager of Mediware, Inc. a St. Louis based clinical laboratory software company acquired by Cerner Inc. He was an EVP at Pharmacy Data Systems, which was acquired by QuadraMed Inc. in 2002. In 1980 Mr. Poggio founded Health Micro Data Systems (HMDS), a start-up venture specializing in client server based systems for health care organizations. HMDS’ clinical and financial software was installed in over 120 hospitals and other health facilities around the country. HMDS merged with Citation in 1992 and went public on NASDAQ. Prior to founding HMDS, Mr. Poggio held CFO and CIO positions at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

Jay Levy

Dr. Jay Levy, MD

Dr. Jay Levy, MD has more than 35 years of deep medical experience as a nationally recognized leading Pediatric Urologic surgeon. He is board certified in Urology by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Levy attended the University of Texas as an undergraduate (Phi Beta Kappa) and attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School where he graduated with honors and was named to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his urologic surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania’s Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and completed his pediatric urology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. Dr. Levy is a successful angel investor, medical director and consultant (20+ years) to many successful medical and technology companies.
