LEXINGTON, KY.–Emerging healthcare IT start-up OmniLife has added industry-experienced professional Paul Winandy to its Board of Directors.

Paul Winandy, a health IT and SaaS start-up CEO, has been an executive leader in four successful technology startups, each of which were named to the prestigious Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing businesses and concluded with successful exits. Most notably, Paul was the CEO of WebPT, the #1 electronic medical record platform for physical therapists, growing the company from early revenue to over $40 million of annual revenue and a significant acquisition.

“When I learned about the massive number of organs that go to waste every year due to inefficiencies in the complex organ transplant network, I knew OmniLife was onto something big. It’s rare that a technology platform can literally save thousands of lives each year, so I am honored to join the OmniLife Board and lend a hand in their efforts to transform the organ transplant process. With Dalton’s firsthand experience as a transplant recipient, and his passionate, mission-driven leadership approach, OmniLife is rapidly becoming the platform of choice for the transplant industry,” Mr. Winandy explained.

OmniLife provides software to the organ, tissue, and greater human biologics and organ failure care continuum industries. The company’s products and services facilitate collaboration between organ and tissue suppliers and processors and healthcare providers by streamlining workflows with automated communication and documentation.
